Everyone knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a naturally healthy and balanced diet and get a proper level of exercise. However, we do not always have the time or the power that this type of lifestyle requires. When our work day is finished, most people do not want to go to the gym. People crave junk food, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy choices doesn’t have to be irritating. With practice you can get all of the nutritional requirements and the exercise that you need. Here are some of the best ways to be healthy.
Go up the stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work as an alternative to using the elevator. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.
There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your health levels. You need to make your body as strong it can be.

I myself am surprised that I am adding a roti recipe here in my blog :-) Truth to be said I made these for a DELICIOUS paneer dish I made and of course I think a creamy paneer dish need some kind of roti to go with that than rice. I was in a mood to make some thing new. Fold the paratha in half and apply some more oil and sprinkle with flour. Fold into triangles and roll the triangle into a paratha keeping its shape as a triangle. Heat a tawa on high heat and put the paratha on it.
